LifeFit runs four ‘Fresh Air’ Exercise Classes in Bath and Bradford on Avon each week. These fitness classes are small and suitable for all levels of fitness and mobility.

image_v06Each session includes aerobic training, flexibility and core strength work. This is NOT A BOOTCAMP! The classes are friendly and fun and incorporate Yoga exercises, specifically Tibetan Yoga. Tibetan yoga, also known as the ‘Five Rituals’ is about maintaining or regaining a youthful supple and strong body, balance and co-ordination and core and upper body flexibility and strength.

These classes are ideal for everyone. For women and men who are getting back into shape or who have taken time out of exercise or recovering from injury. Young children are also welcome to come along too and either exercise with their parent or sit under the tree and watch!

Classes are held in the park on Richmond Road, behind St. Stephen’s church and are held all year round during school term time. You will probably be surprised to know that over the past 4 years that they have been running we have only cancelled 2 classes due to bad weather! Now that’s amazing. ;-)
