As a young mother I became acutely aware how important lifestyle is for the whole family. Having previously worked in London in an extremely stressful environment I decided to change my lifestyle to suit the family and make a career from all the important things I had learnt. In 2005 I started my formal studies in health and fitness, body and mind. I have trained in traditional fitness, flexibility, strength and power. From there I went on to learn the ‘Five Rituals of Tibetan Yoga’, which complements all forms of exercise and well-being. I have trained in Nutrition, Sports Massage and Life Coaching.

My professional training complements the years of learning through life experience and an inherited set of beliefs and values. My mother has always been advocate of health through natural foods and exercise. At 78 she is testament to her lifestyle and is still amazingly fit, active and mentally agile.

I have a great appreciation of individual character and really enjoy people. It is from this perspective that I have trained and coached a wide variety of people to obtain a happy healthy balance to their lives and to be mindful in their daily habits. With a mindful approach to life, we are more able to be the person we always wanted to be.
